Refund Policy.
1. Cancellation by Customers:

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour start time: Full refund minus any transaction fees.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled tour start time: No refund.

If your tour start time has not been confirmed at least 48 hours before the tour date, it will be assumed to start at 10:00 AM on the scheduled tour date for cancellation purposes.
Example: If your tour is scheduled for March 20th at 10:00 AM, you must cancel before 9:59 AM on March 18th to receive a refund. If you cancel at 10:00 AM on March 18th or later, no refund will be provided. If you have not selected a start time by March 18th at 10:00 AM, your tour will be assumed to start at 10:00 AM on March 20th.
2. Cancellation by Go With Us Tours Japan:

If we must cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Guests who fail to arrive at the designated meeting point within 20 minutes of the scheduled time without contacting the guide or the company will be considered a no-show and will not be eligible for a refund.
